Brian W. Semkiw, Chairman and Director, ENGINEERING.com Incorporated
 

Since 1986, Mr. Semkiw has been Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Rand A Technology Corporation. Rand is a public company, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange that provides knowledge-based solutions to companies with engineering design and information technology requirements. He has also been a Director since 1994 of Leitch Technology Corporation, a public company providing digital solutions to the broadcasting post-production and telecommunications industries.

Mr. Baldesarra is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of ENGINEERING.com, positions he has held since the Company's incorporation on March 31, 2000. Mr. Baldesarra is also the President and Chief Operating Officer of Rand A Technology Corporation, which he co-founded. He has held his current positions at Rand since 1996 and has been a Director there since 1986. Rand is a public company, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange that provides knowledge-based solutions to companies with engineering design and information technology requirements. Prior to 1996, Mr. Baldesarra was the President of Rand Engineering Corporation, a private civil consulting engineering firm, which he co-founded in 1981.

Mr. Ron Balesarra was a co-founder in 1984 and, since 1986, President of Rand Engineering Corporation, a private company providing civil consulting engineering. Since 1992, Mr. Baldesarra has been a Director of Rand A Technology Corporation, a public company providing knowledge-based solutions to companies with engineering design and IT requirements.

Hugo J. Blasutta, Managing Partner, Yolles Partnership
  Mr. Blasutta has been Managing Partner of Yolles Partnership since May 1996, a private structural engineering company. Prior to 1996 and since July 1985, he has been a Principal of Norr Partnership, a private architectural and engineering firm.
John C. Chu, Chairman and President, CAD Resource Centre
  From May 1991 to June 30, 2000, Mr. Chu was the Chairman and President of CAD Resource Centre, a private company providing PC based CAD hardware and software solutions. He has been a Director since 1998 of Cathay Construction Co., a public construction company listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
Douglas M. Stuve, General Partner, Burstall Ward, Barristers & Solicitors
  Mr. Stuve has been a Partner with Burstall Ward, Barristers & Solicitors, since April 1, 1998, having been an associate lawyer with Burstall Ward since July 1, 1993. He is currently a Director of Green River Holdings Inc., a public oil and gas company listed on CDNX and Multi-Glass International Inc., a public insulation distribution company listed on CDNX. Mr. Suve is a past Director of Northline Energy Services Inc., an oil and gas service company listed on CDNX. He was the Corporate Secretary of EcomPark Inc., a public Web site development and incubation company listed on CDNX, from May 1999 to March 3, 2000.

  Jim brings over 20 years of experience in the corporate management of advanced technology business ventures. In addition to his capacity as COO of ENGINEERING.com, Jim is President of Waterloo Maple Inc. (WMI), the world’s leading supplier of advanced software products and components for mathematical computation. Prior to joining WMI, Jim has successfully developed a number of high technology startups: Puppetwork.com, makers of motion capture devices for the 3D animation industry; Alias-Eclipse, a high-end image editing software package; and ISTEC, manufacturers of gyrostabilized camera pods which are used extensively in the entertainment industry.

Jim has also held senior positions in a number of high technology industries such as: Worldwide Director for Intelligent Networks with Sema Group (Wireless Telecommunication Industry), Divisional Manager at SGI and Alias-Wavefront (world's premier 3D graphics company) and CAE, makers of advanced aircraft flight simulators.

Jim graduated on the Dean's honor list from University of Waterloo in 1980 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

John H. Crispo, Professor of Management, Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto
  Mr. Crispo is Professor Emeritus of Management at the Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto. One of Canada's most well known academics, Mr. Crispo has also taught at the London School of Economics and was Visiting Scholar at the International Institute for Labour Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. He is also a widely published author, professional speaker and businessman. Mr. Crispo is Chairman of the Board of Canada's Choice Spring Water, Vice President of Business Development for the Brand Factory and Director of Public Affairs for KML Pre-Engineered Steel Homes.
